摘要 目的:研究TiN/Ag复合抗菌涂层与微沟槽形貌(MG)结合(TiN/Ag-MG)对牙龈成纤维细胞(HGFs)生物功能及对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)抑制作用。方法:利用磁控溅射在钛沟槽结构上方沉积5%Ag的TiN/Ag的纳米复合膜,以光滑表面溅射钛为对照组(Ti-S),观察材料表面理化性能,研究TiN/Ag-MG对HGFs活性、细胞周期推进及粘附形态的影响,以及对Pg抑制作用。结果:TiN/Ag-MG材料表面细胞周期S期比例均高于对照组,细胞骨架顺着沟槽铺装的更好,黏附的细胞更多,而活菌更少。结论:TiN/Ag-MG有利于HGFs生物功能同时具有良好的抗菌性能。 Objective: To investigate the effect of TiN/Ag composite antibacterial coating combined with microgroove morphology(MG)(TiN/Ag-MG) on the biocompatibility with human gingival fibroblasts(HGFs) and the antibacterial properties against Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg). Methods: TiN/Ag of 5% Ag antibacterial coating was deposited on microgroove surfaces of titanium(Ti) by magnetron sputtering. Ti coating was deposited as the control(Ti-S). Surface physical and chemical properties were detected. The effects of TiN/Ag-MG on cell activity, cell cycle distribution, adhesion morphology of HGFs and antibacterial effects against Pg were examined. Results: Compared with the control group, HGFs on TiN/Ag-MG surface had better extended cell skeleton along the grooves,showed higher percentage of S phase cells. TiN/Ag-MG inhibited Pg more than the control sample. Conclusion: TiN/Ag-MG has beneficial cell biocompatibility and antibacterial properties.
