STAMP评估在急诊护理人员工作场所暴力风险预判和控制中的应用

Application of STAMP assessment in predicting and controlling the risk of workplace violence in emergency nursing staff

目的:探讨STAMP评估在急诊护理人员对工作场所暴力风险的预判和控制中的应用效果。方法:本院急诊科自2018年1月起运用工作场所暴力先兆评估工具(STAMP)对科内17名护理人员进行为期1个月的培训,培训后应用于临床实践1年。对比2018年度上半年和下半年两个时间段内急诊科护理人员对急诊就诊和入抢患者进行暴力先兆行为评估和预警评判满意度评价结果。结果:2018年上半年护理人员对暴力先兆行为的识别率为0.25%,暴力事件发生率为0.11%;2018年下半年护理人员对暴力先兆行为的识别率则为1.35%,暴力事件发生率为0.03%;2018年下半年17名护理人员对暴力先兆预判和控制满意度评价中各条目评分及总评分均较上半年有明显提升;以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊护理人员熟练掌握和使用STAMP评估法,可明显提高对工作场所暴力风险的预判和控制能力,早期识别和防范暴力事件的发生和发展,确保急诊科医疗护理安全和自身人身安全。

Objective:To explore the use of STAMP to assess the impact of emergency care personnel on the risk of workplace violence and the effectiveness of control applications.Methods:Since January 2018,the emergency department of our hospital has used the Workplace Violence Threat Assessment Tool(STAMP)to train 17 nurses in the department for one month.After the training,it will be applied to clinical practice for 1 year.Compared with the first half of 2018 and the second half of the year,the emergency department nursing staff conducted the evaluation of the threat of violence and the evaluation of the early warning of the early warning and early warning.Results:In the first half of 2018,the recognition rate of violent aura behavior was 0.25%,and the violent incident rate was 0.11%.In the second half of 2018,the recognition rate of violent aura behavior was 1.35%,and the violent incident rate was 0.03%.In the second half of 2018,the scores and total scores of the items in the pre-judgment and control satisfaction evaluation of the violent aura were significantly improved compared with the first half of the year;the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The proficiency and use of the STAMP assessment method by emergency care staff can significantly improve the ability to predict and control the risk of violence in the workplace,identify and prevent the occurrence and development of violent incidents,and ensure the safety of medical care in the emergency department and their own personal safety.
