摘要
代谢是生物体内所发生的用于维持生命的一系列有序的化学反应的总称,这些反应进程使得生物体能够生长和繁殖,保持它们的结构以及对外界环境做出反应。免疫系统是防卫病原体入侵最有效的武器,它能发现并清除异物、外来病原微生物等引起内环境波动的因素。随着对免疫应答过程中细胞内适应性代谢越来越深刻的理解,以及对肥胖型哮喘表型的逐渐认识,脂肪酸代谢途径中的关键酶-乙酰辅酶A羧化酶1对Th17细胞分化的影响成为了近年研究的热点,现就细胞代谢与免疫应答的关系、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶1在Th17细胞分化中作用以及肥胖与哮喘之间的联系进行综述。
Metabolism is the set of life-sustaining chemical transformation within the cells of organisms.These reactions allow organisms to grow and reproduce,maintain the structure and respond to their environment.Immune system is the most effective mechanism to protect the organism from infection by pathogen,it can identify and remove foreign bodies,and keep the homeostasis of internal environment.Recent studies have deepened our understanding of the effect of cellular metabolic pathway on immune cell function and fate.In addition,asthma in obese patient has been regarded as an independent phenotype of asthma.Acetyl-CoA carboxylase 1(ACC1)is the rate-limiting enzyme of fatty acid metabolism,which plays a fundamental role in Th17 cell differentiation.In the present review,we will discuss the interaction of cell metabolism and immune response,role of ACC1 in Th17 differentiation and their influence on obesity and asthma.
