从毛泽东到习近平:坚持“双百”方针、“二为”方向相统一思想及其意义 被引量:7

From Mao Ze-dong to Xi Jin-ping: The Thought and Significance of Adhering to“Two Hundred” Policy and “Two for’s” Direction

摘要 毛泽东从提出"百花齐放,推陈出新"到鼓励"百家争鸣",进而明确提出了著名的"双百"方针--"百花齐放、百家争鸣",他坚持"双百"方针和"为人民服务、为社会主义服务"的统一,使其成为社会主义科学文化建设、意识形态建设中必须长期坚持的重要遵循,并且"双百"方针还成为治国理政的重要方针。改革开放后,邓小平进一步强调了坚持"二为"方向的重要性。进入新时代,习近平旗帜鲜明地强调要坚持"双百"方针"、二为"方向相统一,坚持以人民为中心的创作导向。坚持"双百"方针"、二为"方向相统一,不仅推动着新中国科学文化建设大发展、大繁荣,而且为加强党的建设、巩固社会主义政权作出了重要贡献。认真总结坚持"双百"方针"、二为"方向相统一思想提出、发展过程及其经验,对建设社会主义文化强国和早日建成社会主义现代化强国具有重要意义。 Mao Ze-dong put forward the famous"two hundred"policy-"hundred flowers blooming and hundred schools contending". He has been practicing the"two hundred"policy, insisted onthe unification of the policy and"serving the people and socialism", and made it a long-term guidance for the socialist construction of science culture andideology as well as an important policy for state governance. After the reform and opening up, Deng Xiao-ping further stressed the importance of adhering to"two for’s"direction. In the new era, Xi Jin-ping has taken a clear-cut stand to emphasize the unity of the"two hundred"policy and the"two for’s"direction,the adherence to people-oriented literary creation, and guiding more people to scientifically understand and correctly treat the policy. Adhering to theintegration of the"two hundred"policy and the"two for’s"direction not only promotes the development and prosperity of new China’s scientific and culturalconstruction, but also makes great contributions to strengthening party construction and consolidating the socialist regime. Summarizing the proposal,development, and experience of adhering to the unity of the"two hundred"policy and the"two for’s"direction is of great significance for building up a socialist cultural power and establishing a powerful socialist modernized country as soon as possible.
