消毒供应中心工人手卫生依从性影响因素及干预效果分析

Influencing factors and intervention effect of hand hygiene compliance of workers in disinfection and supply center

目的:分析消毒供应中心工人手卫生依从性影响因素,评估手卫生依从性干预效果。方法:2017年5月-2019年4月选取消毒供应中心工人25例,2018年5月开始实施手卫生依从性干预,分析影响工人手卫生依从性因素,并比较干预前后依从情况和知识知晓率。结果:影响消毒供应中心工人手卫生依从性因素首位为皮肤损伤,其余因素为工作量大、认知匮乏、设备不便等。干预后回收污染物品前后、打包前、接触高水平物品、接触无菌物品、脱手套后依从性均高于干预前,干预后手卫生知晓率高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心工人手卫生依从性受诸多因素影响,根据具体因素制定针对性干预方案,可提高手卫生依从性,在预防和控制医院感染方面具有重要意义。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of hand hygiene compliance of workers in disinfection and supply center and evaluate the intervention effect of hand hygiene compliance.Methods:25 workers from disinfection and supply center were selected from May 2017 to April 2019.From May 2018,hand hygiene compliance intervention was implemented,we analyzed the factors affecting workers'hand hygiene compliance and compared the compliance situation and knowledge awareness rate before and after intervention.Results:The first factor affecting the hygiene compliance of workers in the disinfection supply center was skin damage,the other factors were large workload,lack of cognition,inconvenience to equipment,etc.The compliance before and after recycling contaminated articles,before packaging,after contacting high-level articles,after contacting sterile items,after removing gloves after intervention was higher than that before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hand hygiene compliance of workers in disinfection and supply center is affected by many factors.According to the specific factors,targeted intervention programs are made to improve hand hygiene compliance,which is of great significance in the prevention and control of hospital infection.
