基于网络医疗平台的延续护理对精神分裂症患者的影响

The effect of continuous nursing based on network medical platform on patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨基于网络医疗平台的延续护理对精神分裂症患者家庭支持功能和自我管理行为的影响。方法选取2016年1~12月在我院精神科诊断及治疗的72例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。对患者行基于网络医疗平台的延续护理,探讨其对患者家庭支持功能和自我管理行为的影响。结果经过基于网络医疗平台的延续性护理后,家庭功能良好的患者例数为70例(97.22%),存在家庭功能障碍的患者例数为2例(2.78%)。在自我管理行为的影响方面,患者护理前评分(68.2±4.6)分,护理后(101.6±4.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过单因素分析和Logistic多因素回归分析,发现病程、住院次数、家属照顾、服药依从、生活能力以及自我效能是影响患者的家庭支持功能及自我管理行为的重要因素。结论经过基于网络医疗平台的延续护理,精神分裂症患者的家庭支持功能及自我管理行为得到明显的改善,且病程、住院次数、家属照顾、服药依从、生活能力以及自我效能是影响患者的家庭支持功能及自我管理行为的重要因素。

Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing based on network medical platform on family support function and self-management behavior of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 72 patients with schizophrenia diagnosed and treated in our department from January to December 2016 were selected as subjects. The patients were treated with continuous nursing based on the network medical platform, to explore its influence on the patient’s family support function and self-management behavior. Results After continuous nursing based on the network medical plat form, the proportion of patients with good family function was 97.22%(70 cases), and the number of patients with family dysfunction was 2(2.78%). In terms of the impact of self-management behavior, the patient’s pre-nursing score was(68.2±4.6) points and post-nursing score was(101.6±4.8) points. The difference between the data was significant(P<0.05).After univariate analysis and logistic multivariate regression analysis, it was found that the course of disease, the number of hospitalization, family care, medication compliance, life ability and self-efficacy were important influencing factors. Conclusion After continuous nursing based on network medical platform, the family function and self-management behavior of schizophrenia patients have been significantly improved, and the course of disease, the number of hospitalization, family care, medication compliance, life ability and self-efficacy are important factors.
