综合护理在慢性肾衰竭患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with chronic renal failure

目的分析综合护理在慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年11月在我院就诊的78例CRF患者,按奇偶分组法将其分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理。比较两组的护理满意度及负面情绪、生存质量评分和肾功能指标水平。结果观察组护理总满意度(97.44%)高于对照组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低与本组护理前,且观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血红蛋白、清蛋白、肌酐及尿素氮水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CRF患者接受综合护理,可改善患者的心态,提升患者的生存质量和肾功能。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods Seventy-eight patients with CRF who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected and divided in the control group(39 cases)and the observation group(39 cases)by parity.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.Nursing satisfaction and negative emotions,quality of life scores and renal function indicators between the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.44%)was higher than that in the control group(76.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than that before this group of nursing,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemoglobin,albumin,creatinine and urea nitrogen in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with CRF can improve the patient′s mentality and improve their quality of life and kidney function.
