摘要
目的:探索品质链护理模式在门诊部护理管理中的的价值。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年3月在笔者所在医院就诊的125例门诊患者为研究对象,以接受常规护理的患者为对照组(60例),接受品质链护理的患者为观察组(65例),比较两组患者护理满意度、护理质量及护理人员主观幸福感评分的差异。结果:观察组护理满意度为93.85%,对照组为86.67%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=7.633,P=0.022)。实施后护理工作质量总评分为(76.7±3.5)分,高于实施前的(69.5±4.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.452,P=0.001)。实施后护理人员主观幸福感评分为(85.3±3.9)分,高于实施前的(70.6±4.1)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.988,P=0.001)。结论:品质链护理可以提高护理满意度和护理质量,并提升护理人员的主观幸福感。
Objective: To explore the value of quality chain nursing mode in nursing management of outpatient department. Method: A total of 125 outpatients and 24 nurses from March 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study. Patients receiving routine care were included in the control group(60 patients), and patients receiving quality chain care were included in the observation group(65 patients). The differences in nursing satisfaction, quality of care, and subjective well-being scores of the two groups were compared. Result: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.85%, the control group was 86.67%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( x^2=7.633, P=0.022). The total scores of quality of nursing work after application was(76.7±3.5) points, higher than(69.5±4.2) points before application, the difference was statistically significant(t=6.452, P=0.001). The score of subjective happiness after application was(85.3 ±3.9) points, higher than(70.6±4.1) points before application, the difference was statistically significant(t=8.988, P=0.001). Conclusion: Quality chain care can improve the satisfaction of nursing and the quality of care, and improve the subjective well-being of nursing staff.
