摘要 在当前新技术发展及铁路建造新要求的背景下,智能建造技术已成为世界铁路建造的重要方向。通过调研梳理世界铁路工程建造的现状,总结分析铁路工程建造的新需求,提出智能建造技术的内涵,探讨了智能建造技术的发展趋势。依托以BIM为核心的铁路工程建设管理体系,构建面向铁路工程建设设计、施工、运维全生命周期的智能建造管理体系,对铁路工程精益化管理模式和创新实践途径进行探索,支撑铁路建造向智能化发展。 With emerging technology and new requirements of railway construction,intelligent construction technology has become an important direction of railway construction in the world.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of railway engineering construction in the world,this paper summarizes and analyzes the new requirements of railway engineering construction,examines intelligent construction technology,and looks at the development trend of intelligent construction technology.Relying on railway engineering construction management system with BIM as the core,this paper constructs an intelligent construction management system for the whole life cycle of railway engineering construction including design,construction,operation and maintenance,and puts forward a lean railway engineering management mode and innovative ways of implementation,to support the development of intelligent railway construction.
