摘要
为了探究弱封闭管道向抑爆装置内泄爆对火焰传播特性的影响,在内径120mm、长5.5m不锈钢管道受薄膜约束的开口端放置消爆仓,采集甲烷-空气预混气体的火焰结构、火焰传播速度和爆燃压力等参数。实验结果表明:甲烷-空气预混火焰出现了Tulip火焰结构;消爆仓内放置的抑爆环可以减弱管道内火焰传播时的湍流程度,有效降低了火焰传播速度;实验工况下气体爆燃压力时程曲线均有相似变化趋势,且相同条件下布设消爆仓可以明显衰减“外部爆炸”和“火焰振荡加剧湍流”产生的压力峰值。
In order to explore the effect of the weak closed-pipe venting into explosion suppression device on the flame propagation characteristics,the explosion suppression chamber was placed at the open end of the stainless steel pipe with 120mm inner diameter and 5.5mm length,which was subjected to thin film.And flame structure of methane-air premixed gas,flame propagation speed and deflagration pressure were tested.The experimental results show that Tulip flame structure appears in methane-air premixed flame,the explosion suppression ring placed in the chamber can reduce the turbulence flow when the flame is propagated in the pipe,and effectively reduce the speed of flame propagation.Under the experimental conditions,all of the time-history curves of gas deflagration have a similar trend,the laying of the explosion suppression chamber can significantly attenuate the"external explosion"and pressure peak caused by"flame oscillation increases turbulence".
