摘要
研究生教育是我国最高层次的教育,当前研究生培养的核心目标是培养具有创新能力的高层次人才。随着研究生招生规模的增大,研究生与导师比例严重失调,这在一定程度上制约了研究生创新能力的提高。近年来,国内外知名高校都积极提倡跨学科教育,这使得导师团队模式建设与研究生创新能力的关系问题进入了我们的视野。文章对此进行了探讨,并提出了相关建议。
Postgraduate education is the highest level of education in our country.The core goal of postgraduate education is to cultivate high-level talents with innovative ability.With the enlargement of postgraduate enrollment scale,the proportion of postgraduates and tutors is seriously imbalanced,which to some extent restricts the improvement of postgraduates’ innovative ability.In recent years,well-known universities at home and abroad have actively advocated interdisciplinary education,which makes the relationship between the construction of tutor team model and graduate students’ innovative ability come into our vision.This paper discusses this problem and puts forward relevant suggestions.
