布拉氏酵母菌对厌食症患儿食欲调节相关因子水平的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌对厌食症患儿治疗效果及食欲调节相关因子水平的影响。方法选择商丘市第一人民医院2017年2月-2018年1月收治的50例厌食症患儿为对照组,并给予小儿厌食颗粒治疗,选择2018年2月-2019年1月收治的50例厌食症患儿为观察组,在对照组基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。比较对照组与观察组治疗效果、食欲调节相关因子(饥饿激素(ghrelin)、高粘度转子泵(NYP)、瘦素(leptin))、微量元素及脑肠肽水平(铁、锌、血清脑脊液β-内啡肽(β-EP)、胃动素(MTL)及胃泌素(CAS))及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组ghrelin、NYP及血清leptin水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组ghrelin(43.24±3.26)μg/L、NYP(26.47±2.20)μg/L水平较对照组(38.42±2.27)μg/L、(23.60±3.30)μg/L高,血清leptin(23.49±2.09)μg/L较对照组(26.47±2.47)μg/L低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组显效32例、有效18例,总有效率100.00%(50/50);对照组显效21例、有效23例、无效6例,总有效率为88.00%(44/50);组间相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05));治疗前,两组铁、锌、β-EP、MTL及CAS指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组铁、锌、β-EP、MTL及CAS指标均高于对照组,且观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厌食症患儿采取小儿厌食颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗疗效显著,可有效改善食欲调节相关因子水平,改善患者体格发育,促进其康复。 Objective To investigate the effect of saccharomyces boulardii on appetite regulation related factors of children with anorexia.Methods Totally 50 children with anorexia who admitted in the hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected as control group,and they were treated with Xiaoer Yanshi granule.50 children with anorexia who admitted in the hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as observation group,and they were treated with saccharomyces boulardii based on control group,with 1 month of treatment in two groups.The curative effects,appetite regulation factors[ghrelin,high viscosity rotor pump(NYP),leptin],microelement,brain-gut peptide levels[iron,zinc,serum cerebrospinal fluidβ-endorphin(β-EP),motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)]and adverse reactions were compared between control group and observation group.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the ghrelin,NYP and serum leptin between two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the ghrelin and NYP in observation group[(43.24±3.26)μg/L,(26.47±2.20)μg/L]were higher than those in control group[(38.42±2.27)μg/L,(23.60±3.30)μg/L],and the serum leptin in observation group[(23.49±2.09)μg/L]was lower than that in control group[(26.47±2.47)μg/L](P<0.05);After treatment,32 cases were significantly effective and 18 cases were effective in observation group,and the total effective rate was 100.00%(50/50);21 cases were significantly effective,23 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective in control group,and the total effective rate was 88.00%(44/50);The difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the iron,zinc,β-EP,MTL,GAS between two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the iron,zinc,β-EP,MTL,GAS in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Yanshi granule combined with saccharomyces boulardii in treatment of children with anorexia has significant efficacy,it can improve the levels of appetite regulation factors,improve physical development,and promote the recovery.
