Nanjing has made much exploration in financial innovation of small and micro culture-based enterprises, accumulated typical financial support cases, and created a "Nanjing Model" widely recognized by different sectors of society. However, there are still urgent problems to be solved in the financing of these enterprises. Through a survey of 192 small and micro culture-based enterprises and 56 financial institutions, we found that the enterprises’ own limited ability, the blocked financing channels, the not very targeted products and services by financial institutions, as well as the incomplete financial support policy system are the restricting factors for the development of these enterprises. Therefore, to promote the financial collaborative innovation of these enterprises in Nanjing, the following measures should be taken: Improve the innovation and reform of enterprises in order to enhance their financing capacity;Optimize the financing structure system and broaden financing channels;Accurately grasp financial needs and promote product innovation;Complete the intermediary service system to promote the ability of supporting financial services;Accelerate the issue of supporting measures and urge the implementation and improvement of relevant policies and regulations;Explore new forms of cooperation and integrate resources of collaborative innovation.
