This paper summarizes the current main problems in the aspects of sci-tech talents and scientific research platforms in Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and puts forward the suggestions of promoting the development of modern agricultural academy with our characteristics through cultivating young talents and establishing high-level scientific research platforms.
