摘要 以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)和丙烯酸(AAc)为聚合单体,采用无皂乳液聚合法并结合紫外光辐照还原法,制备一种由羧基所修饰的温度响应性聚合物水凝胶纳米微球,并以其为模板来构筑纳米簇材料,所制备的新型Ag纳米簇/聚合物水凝胶复合荧光材料可实现温度和重金属离子Cr(Ⅵ)的双重检测,在生物成像、环境监测等领域具有广阔的应用前景。 We synthesized hydrogel submicron particles by one-step precipitation copolymerization using N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAM)and acrylic acid(AAc)as raw materials.The as-prepared hydrogel submicron particles of p(NIPAM-co-AAc)can act as the templates and stabilizers of Ag nanoclusters.Then,the Ag clusters/p(NIPAM-co-AAc)hydrogel composites were prepared by irradiating the precursor solution with ultraviolet light.The as-prepared Ag clusters/polymer hydrogel composites can realize the temperature and the double test of heavy metal ions Cr(Ⅵ),in areas such as biological imaging,environmental monitoring has broad application prospects.
