农村土地流转与农民福祉研究综述

A Summary of Studies on Rural Land Circulation and Farmers′ Welfare

土地是经济发展的基本要素,也是农民生产生活的重要保障。如何让土地这个"金饭碗"在现代化进程中给农民带来更多福祉,是解决"三农"问题关键点之一。该文在梳理国内有关农村土地流转与农民福祉相关文献的基础上,从指标体系、研究方法、研究结果等方面综述了其研究现状,梳理了研究中存在的问题,并展望了未来的发展趋势。

Land is the basic element of economic development and an important guarantee for farmers’ production and life. How to make land "golden rice bowl" bring more benefits to farmers in the process of modernization is one of the important challenges in solving the "three rural" problem.Only by optimizing the allocation of rural land resources can we better protect the interests of farmers.Based on the domestic literature on rural land transfer and farmers′ well-being,this paper reflects the research status from the aspects of index system setting,research methods and research results and other aspects,and then draws the research conclusion and looks forward to the future development trend.The research is of great significance to expand the research ideas and promote the effective solution of the "three rural" problems.
