China’s OFDI Under “the Belt and Road” Initiative

针对"一带一路"倡议下的沿线国家,阐述中国对外直接投资的发展机遇。总结中国对外直接投资发展的现状及特点:投资规模扩大,区位分布广泛,行业多元化、升级化,承包工程和并购项目逐步增加。分析中国对外直接投资面临的困境和风险:沿线国家利益诉求和认知观念存在差异,投资空间分布不平衡,区域投资环境不稳定,大国战略制衡导致竞争博弈加剧等。提出中国对外直接投资的战略选择。

This article expounds the strategic opportunities of China’s OFDI for the countries along "the Belt and Road". It summarizes the current situation and characteristics of China’s OFDI development: the investment scale is expanding, the location is widely distributed, the industry is diversified and upgraded, and the contracted projects and M&A projects are gradually increasing. It also analyzed the difficulties and risks faced by China’s OFDI: there are differences in interest demands and cognitive concepts of countries along the routes, unbalanced spatial distribution of investment, unstable regional investment environment, and intensified competition game caused by strategic balance of great powers. Finally it put forward the strategic choice of China’s OFDI.
