摘要
FLNG集天然气的液化、存储及装卸为一体,具有建设周期短、开采灵活、便于迁徙、可重复利用等特点,可应用于深远海及边际油田的开发.以中石油集团参股的莫桑比克气田为依托,明确了FLNG船舶总体设计的原则及影响因素;研究了FLNG船舶的舱容、工艺布置、船体结构形式、液货围护系统、系泊定位及外输方式等重要参数的计算与确定方法.根据既定的船体参数,合理设计了FLNG船体主尺度及总布置方案.阐述的FLNG船舶总体设计思路及方案可为后续气田开发及类似项目研究、设计提供参考.
FLNG has the combined functions of natural gas liquidation,storage and offloading.With the characteristics of short construction period,flexible exploitation,easy moving and reusability,FLNG can be used for deepwater and marginal oilfields development.Based on the development of Mozambique gas field shared by CNPC,the principles and affecting factors of FLNG general design are defined firstly in this paper.Then the calculation and determined methods for primary parameters such as stowage capacity,process set-up,structural configuration,liquid cargo maintenance system,mooring and offloading types are studied.According to the defined parameters,a rational design scheme for FLNG principal dimensions and general layout is performed.The expounded ideas and scheme of FLNG general design can offer guidelines and references for subsequent gas fields and other similar projects.
