摘要
本文以鸭翼操纵系统疲劳试验加载为研究对象,结合鸭翼操纵系统所处机体内结构复杂、加载空间狭小的特点,分析了舱内加载和舱外加载的优缺点,在此基础上提出了鸭翼疲劳试验舱内加载方案。研发了导向加载装置与固定装置,解决了狭小空间单侧双向加载的问题。试验加载装置已成功应用于某型鸭翼操纵系统疲劳试验,试验加载系统运行稳定,达到了设计要求,为后续型号试验提供了良好的借鉴。
In this paper,the fatigue test loading of canard wing control system was researched.Combined with the characteristics of complex structure and narrow space in the body of front fuselage.The advantages and disadvantages of in-fuselage loading and outfuselage loading were analyzed.On this basis,the in-fuselage loading scheme of canard wing fatigue test was proposed.The guiding loading device and fixing device are developed to solve the problem of unilateral and two-way loading in narrow space.The test loading device has been successfully used in the fatigue test of some canard wing control system.It proved the device running stability and reaching design requirement,and provided a good reference for subsequent tests.
