摘要
本文分析地下综合管廊建造过程中存在的施工现场环境复杂、协同工作难度大、施工建造成本高等难点。阐述BIM技术在信息化技术交底、各方协同工作、动态成本管理三个方面的优势。最后基于BIM技术的三个层次,介绍构建BIM环境,模块化模拟施工;建立BIM平台,协同互交施工信息;使用BIM工具,控制施工建造成本的三个方面应用。
This paper analyzes the complex constructional environment,highly collaborative difficulty and highly constructional cost in the construction process of utility tunnel,and expounds the advantages of BIM technology in informational technology disclosure,collaborative work of all parties and dynamic cost management.Finally,based on the three levels of BIM technology,it introduces the construction of BIM environment and simulates the modular construction,establishes BIM platform to coordinate and intersect constructional information,and uses BIM tools to control the application of the three aspects of constructional cost.
