摘要
为了提高车铣复合加工中心的加工精度,对机床刀具与被加工件相对空间位置误差进行检测,建立加工中心空间误差分析模型,制定空间误差检测措施,并以检测措施为基础进行误差修正研究,得出修改数控编程代码中的G值能够有效提高工件加工精度。
In order to improve the machining accuracy of the turning milling complex machining center,the relative spatial position error of the cutting tool and the workpiece to be machined is detected,the spatial error analysis model of the machining center is established,the spatial error detection measures are formulated,and the error correction research is carried out based on the detection measures,and it is concluded that the modification of the g value in the NC programming code can effectively improve the workpiece machining Accuracy.
