【目的/意义】图书馆承担着社会教育和信息服务的功能,是现代信息知识传播的关键点。随着时代的发展,信息量成指数爆炸式增长,信息的种类和形式也变得多种多样,传统图书馆的已经不能适应社会发展的需要。基于用户画像和超级IP的相关概念和理论对智慧图书馆的场景进行构建,从而为智慧图书馆的更好发展献计献策。【方法/过程】通过用户画像的相关理论,对智慧图书馆的群体进行划分,从而对不同用户的行为需求进行深层次的挖掘,并分析每一类用户群体的典型特征,实现用户画像的精准刻画。【结果/结论】基于超级IP和用户画像的理论,能够清晰明了的揭示不同群体用户的特征,对群体用户的行为进行可视化呈现,并基于用户的行为提供更加符合特征的场景,从而进一步提升智慧图书馆的服务能力。
