摘要
目的建立半夏的电化学指纹图谱。方法以H2SO4-Mn2SO4-CH3COCH3-KBrO3为振荡体系,以半夏为反应底物,应用电化学工作站记录化学振荡体系中的电位(E)随时间(t)的变化,获得半夏的电化学指纹图谱。结果振荡体系中各物质浓度对半夏的电化学指纹图谱有影响。结论当丙酮选用0.45mol·L^-1,溴酸钾选用0.3mol·L^-1,硫酸锰选用0.1mol·L^-1,硫酸选用1.0mol·L^-1时半夏的电化学指纹图谱的特征参数达到最佳值。
Objective:To establish the electrochemistry fingerprint of Rhizoma Pinelliae.Method:H2SO4-Mn2SO4-CH3COCH3-KBrO3 chemical oscillation system was used with Rhizoma Pinelliae as reaction substrate to get the electrochemistry fingerprint of Rhizoma Pinelliae by recording the electrochemical potential of oscillation system over time using electrochemical workstation.Result:The concentration of various substances in the oscillating system has an effect on the electrochemical fingerprints of Pinellia.Conclusion:When acetone uses 0.45 mol·L^-1,potassium bromate uses 0.3 mol·L^-1,manganese sulfate uses 0.1 mol·L^-1,and sulfuric acid uses 1.0 mol·L^-1,The electrochemical fingerprint’s characteristic parameters of Rhizoma Pinelliae reach the best value.
