基于云计算的喷涂机器人远程监控诊断系统的研究 被引量:12

摘要 为解决设备制造商有限的技术服务或维护保障有限资源与满足用户设备健康状况维护需求的矛盾,提出了一种基于云计算喷涂机器人的远程监控以及诊断系统,介绍了系统的设计架构,通过将公有服务进行封装,企业根据应用需求,调用各服务接口,可以为企业进行个性化定制服务。优质定制服务将转为公有服务,从而扩展服务商的服务体系。同时,将隐马尔科夫模型与神经网络有机结合,开发了基于云计算的机械故障远程诊断系统,并通过减速机模拟机械故障环境搭建了远程故障诊断实验平台,开展基于云计算的远程机械故障数据诊断实验。实验结果表明,该系统能成功匹配到不同故障类型,成功率高达90%以上。 In order to solve the contradiction between equipment manufacturer’s limited technical service or maintenance guarantee limited resources and meet the maintenance requirements of user equipment health,a remote monitoring and diagnosis system based on cloud computing spraying robot is proposed.The design structure of the system is introduced.The public service is encapsulated,and the enterprise calls each service interface according to the application requirements,and can customize the service for the enterprise.Quality-customized services will be converted into public services,thereby expanding the service system of service providers.At the same time,the hidden Markov model and the neural network are combined organically,and a remote fault diagnosis system based on cloud computing is developed.The remote fault diagnosis experimental platform is built by the reducer to simulate the mechanical fault environment,and the remote mechanical fault based on cloud computing is developed.Data diagnostic experiments.The experimental results show that the system can successfully match different fault types with a success rate of over 90%.
