青春期多囊卵巢综合征的特点及其中医治疗研究进展

Characteristics and progress of traditional Chinese medicine in adolescent with polycystic ovary syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(P C 0 S)是一种遗传异质性疾病,表现为生殖内分泌异常。P C 0 S多起于女性青春期并持续影响至绝经后。青春期P C O S临床多表现为月经异常,育龄期P C 0 S多表现为不孕和早期流产,长期则会发展为心血管疾病、糖尿病等远期并发症。从排卵稀发或无排卵表现、高雄激素表现以及多囊卵巢形态表现等方面探讨青春期P C 0 S的特点。青春期P C O S的治疗重在调经,基于青春期P C O S病因病机对不同医家的中医治法进行总结,并从中药治疗、针灸及针药结合治疗方面对中医治疗青春期P C O S进行阐述。

Polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS) is a genetic heterogeneous disorder with abnormalreproductive endocrine. PCOS arises from female puberty and continually influences until postmenopause.Menstrual abnormalities is mostly manifested in adolescents with PCOS, and infertility and early abortionmanifested in reproductive -aged women, leading to development of long-term complication includingcardiovasular disease and diabetes. Characters of PCOS in adolescents were discussed on oligo-/anovulation, hyperandrogenism and polycystic ovarian morphology. The treatment is focused on regulatingmenstruation in adolescents with PCOS. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods are summarizedby different doctors based on etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS in adolescents. In addition, the profilesof Chinese herb medicine, acupuncture and acupuncture combined with medicine were respectivelyillustrated on Chinese medicine treatment in adolescent with PCOS.
