摘要
美国在推进STEM教育方面积累了丰富的经验,已成为STEM教育的领跑者。其推进STEM教育的主要策略是:持续出台国家政策,引领STEM教育发展方向;鼓励学术团体、高校、企业等社会力量广泛参与和合作,形成协同共建的发展机制;建立STEM教师培养培训制度与监督保障机制,完善STEM教师教育体系;设立类型多样、层次分明的STEM学校,培养STEM领域的研究型人才和技术型人才;引入多元综合的项目式学习、游戏式学习、戏剧式学习等,变革传统的学习方式。
The America has accumulated rich experience in promoting the development of STEM education and has become a leader in STEM education.Its main strategies to promote STEM education are as follows:providing the continuous national policies to guide the development direction of STEM education;encouraging extensive participation and cooperation among academic groups,universities,enterprises and other social forces to form a co-construction development mechanism;establishing STEM teacher training and supervision guarantee mechanism,and improve STEM teacher education system;creating diverse and structured STEM schools,and cultivating research and technical talents in STEM fields;and adopting project-based learning,game-based learning and drama-based learning to change the traditional ways of learning.
