摘要
研究了循环流化床锅炉配套干法脱硫装置再脱硫所产生的脱硫灰作为水泥掺合料的可行性。评估了干式和湿式球磨对脱硫灰的细度、成分和活性的影响。结果表明:湿磨对脱硫灰磨细更有效,磨细90 min后中位粒径约3μm,磨细对脱硫灰的成分影响不大;磨细可有效提高脱硫灰的活性,并实现超细脱硫灰替代20%波特兰水泥的胶砂早期强度与控制配方相当,28 d后胶砂强度优于控制配方,水泥混凝土在7 d后抗压强度高于控制配方,28 d抗压强度达到控制配方的120%;磨细对胶砂尺寸稳定性影响较小。
The feasibility of using desulfurization ash generated from CFB+CFB-FGD process as cement admixture was studied.The effects of dry and wet ball mill on the fineness,compositions and activity of the desulfurization ash were also evaluated.The results show that the wet mill is more effective to the fineness of the desulfurization ash.After grinding for 90 minutes,the median particle size is about 3μm.The grinding has little effect on the composition of the desulfurization ash;grinding can effectively improve the activity of the desulfurization ash and achieve ultra-fine desulfurization ash to replace the 20%Portland cement mortar.The early strength is equivalent to the control formula.After 28 days,the strength of the mortar is better than the control formula.The cement concrete strength exceeds the control formula after 7 days,and reaches 120%of the strength of the control formula after 28 days.Grinding has little effect on the dimensional stability of the mortar.
