摘要
作为前沿技术之一的机器人技术发展迅速,广泛应用于各行各业。基于某企业的三维激光切割项目,设计了一套基于西门子S7-300PLC和KUKA机器人的三维激光切割控制系统,其中KUKA机器人作为主站,通过编程、通信与光纤激光器、三维激光切割头、随动控制系统、自动调焦系统配合完成三维激光切割。该切割方法涉及三维激光切割技术领域,适用于三维覆盖件,可作为三维空间钣金件切割之用。
As one of the frontier technologies,robot technology develops rapidly and is widely used in all walks of life.Based on the three-dimensional laser cutting project of an enterprise,a set of three-dimensional lasers cutting control system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and KUKA robot was designed.The KUKA robot,as the main station,completes three-dimensional excitation through programming,communication and cooperation with optical fiber laser,three-dimensional laser cutting head,servo control system and automatic focusing system.The cutting method relates to the field of three-dimensional laser cutting technology,and is suitable for three-dimensional panels.It can be used for cutting three-dimensional space sheet metal parts.
