成人高校教师心理资本的现状及培养探究

心理资本作为个体的核心心理素质,是一种积极、健康的心理发展状态。心理资本对成人高校教师职业的发展有较大的影响,可帮助教师坚定职业发展目标、提高职业认同度、克服发展障碍。但成人高校教师心理资本培养存在对心理资本的重要性认识不足、心理资本的培养目标不够明确、心理资本培养的内容和形式单一等问题,建议通过教师个体层面和学校组织层面加大对成人高校教师心理资本的培养。

As the core psychological quality of an individual, psychological capital is a positive and healthy state of psychological development. Psychological capital has a great influence on the career development of adult college teachers. It can help teachers to strengthen their career development goals, improve their professional identity and overcome obstacles to development. However, there are some problems in the cultivation of psychological capital of adult college teachers, such as the lack of understanding of the importance of psychological capital, the lack of clear training objectives, the single content and form of psychological capital cultivation.
