摘要
介绍了无线传输扭矩测量仪的工作原理及硬件电路设计。设计采用了无线数据传输模块,很好地解决了被测件转动导致传感元件电信号很难通过导体材料引起的问题。同时应用多种抗干扰措施,有效地提高了系钇的测量精度和稳定性。
The working principle and hardware circuit design of the wireless transmission torque meter are introduced.This design adopts wireless data transmission module,which solves the problem that the electrical signal of sensing element is difficult to pass through the conductor material caused by detected piece rotating.Several anti-interference measures are applied at the same time so as to effectively improve the measuring accuracy and stability of the system.
