丙烯酸/钢渣人造大理石中试样品的制备及综合性能研究 被引量:1

Preparation and Comprehensive Properties of Acrylic/Steel Slag Artificial Marble Pilot Samples

摘要 以丙烯酸树脂为基体、钢渣为填料、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为活性稀释剂、TMPTA为助交联剂,采用浇注成型法制备了丙烯酸/钢渣人造大理石,并对人造大理石进行了高温老化试验,对人造石的表观形貌、微观形貌、压缩强度、弯曲强度、拉伸强度、耐磨性和阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明:人造大理石表面光洁、纯黑色,其中钢渣分散均匀,结合紧密;压缩强度和弯曲强度分别达到139.9 MPa和52 MPa,150℃×24 h加速老化后,压缩强度和弯曲强度分别变为132.5 MPa和45.9 MPa;拉伸强度达到了65.9 MPa,为脆性断裂;经过20万转水沙混合物摩擦后,质量保留率保持在99.7%以上;氧指数达到了38%。丙烯酸/钢渣人造大理石具有较好的综合性能,人造大理石材料的制备可以提高钢渣材料的附加值,为钢渣材料的应用提供了一条新途径。 The acrylic/steel slag artificial marble was prepared by casting method with acrylic resin as the matrix,steel slag as the filler,methyl methacrylate as the reactive diluent and TMPTA as the crosslinking agent.The artificial marble was tested by high temperature aging.The apparent morphology,microscopic morphology,compressive strength,bending strength,tensile strength,wear resistance and flame retardancy of artificial marble were studied.The results show that the artificial marble surface is smooth and pure black,and the steel slag is uniformly dispersed and tightly combined in the artificial marble;the compressive strength and bending strength are 139.9 MPa and 52 MPa,respectively.After the accelerated aging after 150℃×24 h,the compressive strength and bending strength become 132.5 MPa and 45.9 MPa,respectively.The tensile strength reaches 65.9 MPa,and the fracture type is brittle fracture.After friction with 200000 r in watersand mixture,the mass retention rate remaines above 99.7%.The oxygen index of the artificial marble is 38%.The acrylic/steel slag artificial marble has better comprehensive performance.The preparation of artificial marble material can increase the added value of steel slag material,which provides a new way for the application of steel slag material.
