探讨血清C肽和糖化血红蛋白联合检验在诊断糖尿病方面的临床价值 被引量:8

Exploring the Clinical Value of Combined Test of Serum C-peptide and Glycosylated Hemoglobin in the Diagnosis of Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨血清C肽和糖化血红蛋白联合检验在诊断糖尿病方面的临床价值。方法方便选期该院于2017年4月—2018年6月期间收治的60例糖尿病患者作为研究组,另选60名同期体检健康者作为对照组。对比分析研究组和对照组患者的血清C肽水平、糖化血红蛋白指标、空腹血糖值以及用餐后2 h进行血糖监测,探讨血清C肽和糖化血红蛋白联合检验在诊断糖尿病方面的临床价值。结果研究组空腹血糖值为(10.56±3.15)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖值为(13.81±3.52)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白水平为(11.92±2.41)%,血清C肽值为(0.82±0.05)nmol/L;对照组空腹血糖值为(3.25±0.61)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖值为(3.61±0.25)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白为(5.11±0.43)%,血清C肽值为(1.42±0.64)nmol/L。由此可见,研究组患者空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、糖化血红蛋白平均显著高于对照组患者的空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、糖化血红蛋白,血清C肽则低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(t=7.942、10.422、7.274、6.823,P<0.05)。结论结合血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白同时对糖尿病患者进行检测诊断,操作简单易行,显著提高诊断率,降低漏诊率,值得临床大范围推广使用。 Objective To explore the clinical value of combined test of serum C-peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods Convenient select sixty patients with diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled as the study group.Sixty healthy subjects with the same physical examination were selected as the control group.The serum C-peptide level,glycated hemoglobin index,fasting blood glucose level and blood glucose monitoring were compared between the study group and the control group.The clinical value of serum C-peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin combined test in the diagnosis of diabetes was discussed.Results The fasting blood glucose level of the study group was(10.56±3.15)mmol/L,the blood glucose level was(13.81±3.52)mmol/L after 2 hours,the glycated hemoglobin level was(11.92±2.41)%,the serum C-peptide value was(0.82±0.05)nmol/L,and the fasting blood glucose value of the control group was(3.25±0.61)mmol/L.The blood glucose level was(3.61±0.25)mmol/L after 2 hours,the glycated hemoglobin was(5.11±0.43)%,and the serum C-peptide value was(1.42±0.64)nmol/L.It can be seen that the fasting blood glucose level,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level,and the glycated hemoglobin of the study group were significantly higher than the fasting blood glucose level of the control group,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level,the glycated hemoglobin,and the serum C-peptide were lower than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(t=7.942,10.422,7.274,6.823,P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with serum C-peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin for the diagnosis and diagnosis of diabetic patients,the operation is simple and easy,significantly improve the diagnosis rate and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis.It is worthy of widespread use in clinical practice.
