费曼学习法在高铁桥梁施工课程实训教学中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 以培养高素质技术技能人才为目标,职业技术和职业技能为主要教学内容,重视实践技能的培养,是高职教育的主要特征,也是高职与普通高等教育的重要区别,实践技能的培养要靠实习实训课程来实现。分析研究近年来高职教育课程实训项目教学中存在的问题,以强化实习实训,培养学生专业技能为目标,基于费曼学习法,以高铁桥梁施工课程为例,对课程实训项目进行重构,开展教学实践与研究。 The main feature of higher vocational education are the purpose of training high-quality technical and skilled personnel,with vocational and technical skills as the main teaching content,and emphasizing the cultivation of practical skills.It is also the important difference between higher vocational education and general higher education.The training of practical skills depends on practical training courses.This paper analyzed and studied the problems existing in the course of practical training in higher vocational education in recent years,and then Based on Feynman's technique and taking the high-speed railway bridge construction course as an example,With the aim of strengthening practical training and professional skills of students,the course practical training project was reconstructed,teaching practice and research were carried out,and curriculum reform was carried out.The experience can be used as a reference for practical courses in higher vocational colleges.
