无烟艾灸配合穴位贴敷改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者便秘的疗效观察

Effects of non-smog moxibustion combined with acupoint application on relief of constipation among patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的观察无烟艾灸配合穴位贴敷对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者便秘和生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年10月—2019年6月收治的AECOPD合并便秘患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予无烟艾灸配合穴位贴敷。评估2组干预前及干预2周后便秘症状及及生活质量。结果干预前2组便秘症状及疗效评分及COPD疾病评估测试(CAT)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预2周后,观察组便秘症状及疗效评分低于对照组,观察组CAT评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无烟艾灸配合穴位贴敷可有效改善AECOPD患者的便秘症状和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of non-smog moxibustion combined with acupoint application on constipation and symptom-related quality of life among patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Totally 60 AECOPD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients received routine during treatment,and patients in the observation group were given non-smog moxibustion combined with acupoint application.The severity of constipation and symptom-related quality of life were evaluated before and 2 week after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in scores of constipation-related symptoms and COPD assessment test(CAT)between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After a two-week intervention,the scores of constipation-related symptoms and CAT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The non-smog moxibustion combined with acupoint application can effectively relieve constipation and improve symptom-related quality of life among AECOPD patients.
