microRNA-214在心脏保护作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 microRNA-214(miRNA-214)是miRNA家族的重要成员之一,在不同的细胞中参与多种生物学过程。回顾近几年研究表明,miRNA-214不仅在各种肿瘤中表达异常,在心血管疾病方面表现活跃,心肌疾病发生取决于多基因特异性表达。研究得出,miRNA-214作用于急性心肌梗死,心肌组织纤维化与心肌肥大等心脏疾病,特异性的调节其病程的发展。综上所述,miRNA-214可能作为心脏病理诊断的一个生物新标志。
