摘要
在食品行业中,面点占据着十分重要的地位,是人们日常生活中经常摄入的食品。在面点制作的过程中,面筋的处理是一个不可避免的话题,如果不能对面筋进行正确的处理,就会影响到面点的口感和质量,基于此,本文对面点制作中面筋的处理方法进行探讨,从而提高面点的质量。
In the food industry,noodles occupy a very important position,it is the foods that people often consume in daily lives.In the process of making noodles,the treatment of gluten is an inevitable topic.If can't handle the correct treatment between the noodles,it will affect the taste and quality of the noodles.Therefore,in order to explore and improve the quality of the pastry,this paper discusses the treatment of gluten in noodle production.
