我国美丽乡村建设水平的时空演变及影响因素研究 被引量:22

摘要 文章采用熵值法和探索性空间数据分析法探讨2008-2017年我国31个省份美丽乡村建设水平的时空演变特征,运用空间滞后模型进一步探究美丽乡村建设水平影响因素。结果表明:美丽乡村建设水平在时间上均呈上升趋势,在空间上呈"自东向西"不断提升的变化特征,区域差异明显;美丽乡村建设水平呈现出显著的空间关联和集聚效应,集聚程度随时间变化有所增强,高-高集聚区稳定在上海、江苏、浙江3地,低-低集聚区则围绕新疆、甘肃等地不断波动;空间滞后模型表明农业受灾率和农林水财政支出比重对美丽乡村建设水平的提升有显著负影响,城镇化率和农村劳动力受教育水平则对其提升产生正向效应。 In this paper,entropy method and exploratory spatial data analysis method are used to explore the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of the construction level of beautiful villages in 31 provinces of China from 2008 to2017,and the spatial lag model is used to further explore the influencing factors of the level of beautiful rural construction. The results show that the level of beautiful rural construction is on the rise in time,and on the space,it is a changing feature of "from east to west",with obvious regional differences;the level of beautiful rural construction shows significant spatial correlation and agglomeration effect,and the degree of agglomeration increases with time. The high-high agglomeration area is stable in Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang,while the low-low agglomeration area is constantly fluctuating around Xinjiang,Gansu and other places;the spatial lag model shows that the agricultural disaster rate and the proportion of agricultural,forestry and water financial expenditure have a significant negative impact on the improvement of the level of beautiful rural construction,while the urbanization rate and the education level of rural labor force have a positive effect on its improvement.
