摘要
长期以来,金风风力发电机叶片一直都在现场安装,受制于叶片密封环结构、人员素质和安装工艺等因素影响,导致叶片密封环安装质量存在一致性差、安装效率低等问题。因此,将叶片密封环前置到厂家安装很有必要。从叶片密封环在厂家安装后现场验证的角度出发,分析了密封环在厂家安装时存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方案。
Jinfeng wind turbine blades have been installed on site for a long time,due to the influence of blade sealing ring structure,personnel quality and installation process,the installation quality of blade seal ring is poor in consistency and low in installation efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to install the blade sealing ring in factory. In this paper,from the perspective of on-site verification of blade sealing ring after installation by the manufacturer,the problems existing in the installation are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are proposed.
