摘要 高校将SPOC与传统课堂相结合进行混合学习和翻转课堂的实践越来越多。而SPOC混合学习的有效实施离不开高质量的支持服务。构建基于SPOC的混合学习支持服务体系需要考虑服务主体、服务对象、服务内容、服务策略等综合因素。 There are more and more practices of combining SPOC with traditional classroom for mixed learning and flipping classroom in colleges and universities.The effective implementation of SPOC blended learning cannot be separated from high-quality support services.The construction of hybrid learning support service system based on SPOC needs to consider the comprehensive factors of service subject,service object,service content and service strategy.
