摘要
以某省公安基层民警为对象,通过调研问卷来研究公安民警的关联绩效、人格特质以及二者之间的关系。结果显示,人格特质中的开放性、责任心、外倾性、宜人性与关联绩效均有显著正相关,而神经质与关联绩效存在负相关等。基于此,在公安管理中,应关注民警的心理健康状况,注重民警健全人格的培养;在公安民警招聘、选拔、岗位分配等过程中,结合人格特质因素,优化公安民警的人岗匹配。
A questionnaire with grassroots policemen in a particular province as subjects is conducted on the relationship between the contextual performance and personality traits of the police.The result shows significant positive correlation between openness,responsibility,extraversion,agreeableness and contextual performance,but negative correlation between the neuroticism and contextual performance.Therefore,in public security management,efforts need to be made to pay close attention to psychological health of the police,lay emphasis on cultivation of their healthy personality and combine personality traits in the process of recruitment,selection,post allocation of the policemen with a view to optimizing personnel-post matching in the public security organs.
