摘要
采用CATIA和UG/NX6.0软件,对水冷摩托车发动机水冷散热系统补偿水壶的容积进行测量,模拟冷却液热涨冷缩时冷却液液面位置变化,确定水冷系统补偿水壶冷却液上下限位置。整个模拟测量过程得到的结论数据可以作为设计开发补偿水壶的参考。传统的补偿水壶冷却液上下限位置的确定需要先制作样件,样机装配后试验验证补偿水壶的容积和上下限位置,一旦补偿水壶模型形状修改或位置调整需要再次制作样件验证,在设计过程中往往需要反复对比和验证。利用内容积测量器测量补偿水壶容积,大大降低了设计过程的繁琐程度,提高了设计效率,缩短了设计研发周期。
Using CATIA and UG/NX6.0 software,the volume of the heat-dissipation water cooling expansion tank of motorcycle engine with water-cooling system is measured.The position of the coolant liquid level changes during the simulated cooling.And the upper and lower limit positions of coolant in expansion tank can be determined.The conclusion data obtained from the entire simulation measurement process can be used as a reference for the design and development of expansion tank.The determination of the upper and lower limits of the coolant in traditional expansion tank depends on the test of prototype of tank.After the prototype is assembled,the test will verify the volume and upper and lower limits of the tank.Once the shape or position of the tank is modified,the prototype and verification should be made again.It often requires repeated comparison and verification.Using the inner volume gauge to measure the volume of expansion tank can greatly reduce the design process,improve design efficiency,and shorten the design development cycle.
