摘要
基于罐式集装箱的饱和均质模型,研究了不同的漏热条件,不同的储存终止条件以及不同组分的LNG对罐箱最佳初始充满率的影响并计算了其对应的最长维持时间。研究表明:最佳初始充满率与漏热量无关,随安全阀整定压力的增大而减小,随罐箱储存过程中所允许的最大充满率的增大而增大,与不同LNG组分弱关联;其对应的最长维持时间随漏热的增大而减小,随安全阀整定压力的增大而增大,随罐箱储存过程中所允许的最大充满率的增大而增大,与不同LNG组分弱关联。
Based on the saturated homogenization model of the containers,the influence of different heat leakage conditions,different storage termination conditions and different components of LNG for the optimal initial filling rate were studied.The corresponding storage time were also calculated.Results showed that the optimal initial filling rate was independent of leakage heat condition,but it was related to storage termination condition.The corresponding storage time was related to both leakage heat condition and leakage heat condition.The LNG of different resources also had a certain impact on the optimal initial filling rate and the storage time,but the impact was not significant.
