“一带一路”倡议下推动中荷经贸发展的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Promoting Sino-Dutch Trade under the "Belt and Road" Initiative

荷兰作为欧洲的门户,有着天然的地理优势,其鹿特丹港是“陆上丝绸之路”和“海上丝绸之路”的交汇港,该港口承接了我国对欧盟贸易的60%以上。“一带一路”倡议更是为中荷经贸带来了新的发展机遇。目前,荷兰是中国在欧盟内的第二大贸易伙伴,中国是荷兰在欧盟外的第二大贸易伙伴。本文分析了中荷经贸合作的良好基础和现状,并针对目前双边贸易发展存在的规模小、商品结构单一、荷兰对中国的贸易结合度过低、中国对荷兰投资存在风险、双边产业合作受欧盟内制度制约等问题,提出了进一步推动中荷经贸发展的对策建议。

As the gateway to Europe,the Netherlands has a natural geographical advantage.The port of Rotterdam functions as the intersection of the"land silk road"and the"maritime silk road",which undertakes over 60%of China's trade with the EU.The"Belt and Road"Initiative(BRI)has all the more brought new opportunities for the development of Sino-Dutch trade.The Netherlands is China's second largest trading partner within the EU while China is the second largest trading partner of the Netherlands outside the EU.In this article,we analyze the good foundation and current situation of Sino-Dutch economic and trade cooperation.Concerning the problems in the current development of bilateral trade,including inadequate growth in scale,single commodity structure,insufficient trade integration between the Netherlands and China,risks in investment of China in the Netherlands,restrictions from the EU internal system on bilateral industrial cooperation,etc.,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further promote Sino-Dutch economic and trade development.
