摘要
针对目前营养与食品卫生学实验教学中存在的问题,立足岗位需求,从优化教学内容、改进教学方法、提高教师素质和完善考核手段等方面进行教学改革探索。
In view of the existing problems in Nutrition and Food Hygiene experiment teaching,based on the post requirements,the teaching reform was explored from the aspects of optimizing teaching content,improving teaching methods,improving teachers'quality and improving assessment methods.
