摘要 高车前素是一种黄酮类化合物,主要存在于许多传统中药中,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗突变、抗惊厥、抗骨质疏松、抗肿瘤和神经保护等多种药理活性。近年来,通过现代药理学研究方法和技术,国内外研究人员发现高车前素具有多种生物活性和药理作用。文章就高车前素的药理活性研究进展进行综述,以期能为今后高车前素的开发和利用提供参考。 Hispidulin,a flavonoid compound,mainly exists in a number of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs.it has variety pharmacological activites including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antimutage,anticonvulsive,antiosteoporotic,antitumor,and neuroprotective effect etc.In recent years,through modern pharmacological research methods and techniques,a variety of biological activity and pharmacological effects of hispidulin are discovered.In order to provide references for the development and utilization of Hispidulin in the future,the research progress of pharmacological activities of hispidulin are summarized in this paper.
