摘要
闽清义.窑是福建省最重要的青白瓷窑场之一,本研究将以福建闽清义窑出土的青白瓷为研究对象,利用能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪对23件义窑青白瓷的胎釉化学组成进行测试分析,初步探讨了义窑青白瓷的化学组成及工艺特征。结果显示:闽清义窑青白瓷胎属于典型的我国南方高硅低铝特征,其Al2O3含量明显高于福建地区瓷石中铝含量,应该是掺入了富含铝的原料。义窑青白瓷釉分为两类,一类是传统的钙釉,另一类是钙碱轴,主要以CaO和K2O为助熔剂。
Fujian Yiyao is one of the most important blue and white porcelain kilns in Fujian Province.In this study,the blue and white porcelain unearthed in Fujian Yiyao will be taken as the research object.The chemical composition of 23 Yiyao blue and white porcelain tires and glazes will be tested and analyzed by energy dispersive X—ray fluorescence spectrometer,and the chemical composition and technological characteristics of Yiyao blue and white porcelain will be preliminarily discussed.The results show that the green and white porcelain body of Minqing Yiyao belongs to the typical characteristics of high silicon and low aluminum in South China,and its Al2O3 content is significantly higher than that of the porcelain stone in Fujian area,which should be mixed with raw materials rich in aluminum.There are two kinds of Yiyao blue and white glaze,one is traditional calcium glaze,the other is calcium alkali glaze,mainly using CaO and K2O as flux.
