摘要 区块链具有去中心化、公开透明、可追溯、数据不可篡改等特点,可以在分布式场景中为彼此互不信任的参与实体之间建立信任。区块链技术在能源行业具有广泛的应用场景,如分布式能源交易、区域微电网、用能权交易、可再生能源证书等。区块链技术在分布式能源领域的应用已经落地多个项目,相关方可利用信息通信技术互联,实现授权和交互,交易中所有操作、合约均会被记录和追溯,数据无法篡改,增强了参与交易各方的互信。针对节能领域的合同能源管理项目节能效益分享难、节能技术推广难、融资难、能源消费和节能效果监管难等问题,区块链节能应用技术有助于解决双方和多方信息不对称、数据不可信的症结,推动传统节能机制和手段开展颠覆式创新。区块链技术与能源和节能行业在很多方面和领域具有极高的契合度,“区块链+节能”具有非常广阔的应用空间。 With the characteristics of decentralization,publicity and transparency,traceability and resistance to information tampering,blockchain can help establish trust between participating entities that do not trust each other in distributed scenarios.Blockchain has a wide range of application scenarios in the energy industry,such as distributed energy trading,regional micro grid,energy-consuming right trading and renewable energy certificates.In distributed energy field,blockchain technology has been applied in many projects,and related parties can use information and communication technology to interconnect and to realize authorization and in-teraction.All the operations and contracts in the transaction will be recorded and traced,and the data cannot be tampered with,thus enhancing the mutual trust between the parties involved in the transaction.In view of the difficulties in sharing the energy-saving benefits of Energy Performance Contracting(EPC),promoting energy-saving technologies,financing energy-saving projects and monitoring energy consumption and energy saving effect in energy saving field,blockchain can help solve the problems of information asymmetry and data untrustworthiness among multiple parties and promote the traditional energy-saving mechanisms to carry out sub-versive innovation.Blockchain technology is highly compatible with the energy and energy saving industry in many aspects,and‘blockchain+energy saving’has a very broad application space.
