经纤维支气管镜冷冻治疗晚期中央型肺癌临床研究

Clinical Study of Transbronchoscopy in The Treatment of Advanced Central Lung Cancer

目的探究经纤维支气管镜冷冻治疗晚期中央型肺癌临床效果。方法选取2016年2月至2019年2月我院收治的50例晚期中央型肺癌患者进行研究,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和实验组,各25例,分别给予常规化疗治疗和此基础上联合经纤维支气管镜冷冻治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗后,实验组患者生存质量中社会家庭、生理、情感、功能状况评分分别为(19.30±5.80)分、(19.56±6.02)分、(15.05±5.90)分、(14.87±6.12)分,治疗总有效率96.00%,均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论经纤维支气管镜冷冻治疗晚期中央型肺癌临床效果显著,能有效改善咯血、咳嗽等临床症状,提高患者身存质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transbronchial bronchoscopy in the treatment of advanced central lung cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with advanced central lung cancer treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected for research.According to different treatment methods,all patients were divided into control group and experimental group(25 cases each).Patients in the control group and the experimental group were treated with conventional chemotherapy and conventional therapy combined with fibrobronchoscopic cryotherapy,respectively,and the ef ficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the social,family,physiological,emotional,and functional status scores of the patients in the experimental group were(19.30±5.80),(19.56±6.02),(15.05±5.90),and(14.87±6.12),respectively.The total effective rate of treatment was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of transbronchial cryotherapy for advanced central lung cancer is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as hemoptysis and cough,and improve the quality of patients.
