影像后处理技术在神经外科研究生教学中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨多模态影像融合及三维重建等影像后处理技术在神经外科研究生教学中的作用。方法收集神经外科患者的影像学资料,利用博医来神经导航工作站对数据进行影像融合及三维表面重建,实施教学培训。选择2017年8月—2019年7月在神经外科实习的30名研究生为研究对象,采用回顾性分析对该教学方法的效果进行总结和分析,并与同期传统教学组30名研究生的教学效果进行比较。结果在神经外科教学中应用多模态影像融合及三维重建技术等影像后处理技术有利于学生理解颅脑的三维解剖结构,建立良好的三维空间概念,提升学生的学习兴趣及学习成绩。结论影像后处理技术可有效提升学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的空间思维能力,加速临床专科技能学习。 ObjectiveTo explore the role of image post-processing technology including mu-ltimodal image fusion and 3D reconstruction in the teaching of neurosurgery postgraduates.Meth-odsImaging materials of neurosurgery patients were collected,image fusion and 3D surface re-construction were made through Brainlab neuronavigation workstation,and teaching and training were carried out.Thirty postgraduate students practiced in neurosurgery department from August 2017 to July 2019 were selected as research objects.Retrospective analysis was conducted to sum-marize and analyze the effects of this teaching method,and the teaching effect was compared with that of thirty postgraduate students in the traditional teaching group during the same period.Re-sultsUsing multimodal image fusion and 3D reconstruction technology in neurosurgery teaching is beneficial to students to understand the 3D anatomical structure of the brain and skull,estab-lish a good 3D space concept,and improve students'interest in learning and academic perfor-mance.ConclusionMultimodal image fusion and 3D reconstruction technology can effectively im-prove students'learning interest,cultivate students'spatial thinking ability,and accelerate the learning progress of clinical specialty skills.
