摘要
探究饲料中不同含量的鲜生姜对尖吻鲈幼鱼生长特性及免疫酶活性的影响,为鲜生姜在尖吻鲈饲料中的添加应用提供参考。将鲜生姜称重后打碎全部加入饲料中,添加量为0%、1%、3%、5%,然后对80日龄的尖吻鲈幼鱼进行饲料投喂试验,0%组为对照组,1%、3%、5%组为试验组,试验周期为42 d。结果显示,增重率和特定生长率各试验组都高于对照组,但不显著(P>0.05);肥满度在1%、3%试验组显著下降(P<0.05);体长增长率在3%试验组显著性升高(P<0.05);所有试验组成活率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);肝过氧化氢酶活力在1%试验组显著升高(P<0.05);肝还原型谷胱甘肽含量在5%试验组显著升高(P<0.05);肝丙二醛含量在3%、5%试验组显著下降(P<0.05);血清中的免疫酶无显著变化(P>0.05)。这些结果表明饲料中添加特定比例的生姜可以提高饲料诱食性,增加尖吻鲈进食量,有助于尖吻鲈幼鱼的体长增加,在一定程度上提高尖吻鲈的增重率和特定生长率,帮助尖吻鲈机体清除自由基,提高抗氧化能力,减少肝脏损伤。
To exploring the effects of different levels of ginger in feed on growth performance and im⁃mune enzymes of juvenileLates calcarifer.Partial reference for the addition of ginger to the barramun⁃di feed.Add fresh ginger into feed after weighing and breaking.The amount of ginger added is 0%,1%,3%,5%.Feed feeding test on 80-day-oldLates calcarifer.0%is the control group,1%,3%,5%are the test group.The experiment lasted 42 d.The results showed that,the weight gain rate and spe⁃cial growth rate were higher in each test group than in the control group,but not significant(P>0.05);Condition factor decreased significantly in the 1%and 3%groups(P<0.05);The body length growth rate increased significantly in the 3%group(P<0.05);The survival rate of all test groups was signifi⁃cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Liver CAT activity increased significantly in the 1%group(P<0.05);Liver GSH increased significantly in the 5%group(P<0.05);Liver malondialde⁃hyde content decreased significantly in the 3%and 5%groups(P<0.05);The changes of immune en⁃zyme in serum were not obvious(P>0.05).These results indicated that addition of ginger in the feed can increasedLates calcarifer feed intake,and it helps increase the body length of juvenile Lates⁃calcarifer,and improve the weight gain rate and special growth rate of Lates calcarifer to a cer⁃tain extent,and share the function of the body to scavenge free radicals,and improves antioxidant capacity,and reduce liver damage.
